YAFO Life Science is an investment bank focusing on pharmaceutical cross-border transactions. With an extensive network of global contacts and rich transaction experience, we have successfully brought a large number of overseas high-quality projects into the Chinese market in the past 7 years.

To serve Chinese clients, we are pleased to announce the establishment of YAFO Life Science China Division. The YAFO China Division aims to provide cross-border and local transaction services for China based life-science companies. Our mission is to facilitate the internationalization of China Pharma innovation. Services include:

1. Out-licensing China Innovative Pharma Products to global partners;

2. Providing Business Development services, including Research, Scouting and Licensing-in Products in targeted areas;

3. Fund Raising from VC and/or Strategic Investment.

We are excited to announce Victor Ye as Managing Partner of YAFO Capital to lead YAFO’s China division. In the meantime, Gian Andrea Dell Antonio is promoted to be the Vice President of YAFO in Europe.

Victor Ye | Managing Director，YAFO Life Science China Division

Mr. Ye has 25+ years‘ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including supply chain, commercial and business development. He served as Head of Business Development and Alliance Management at GSK China and was a member of GSK China Leadership Team. Mr. Ye also has 15 years of manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He was the engineer and project manager for GE Healthcare Shanghai Plant where he was a member of Plant Management Team. Previously, he also held managerial positions at Schering-Plough and Shanghai Number 6 pharmaceutical.

Gian Andrea Dell Antonio | Vice President, Europe

Mr. Dell Antonio joined YAFO in 2018. He developed work experience in Shanghai, London and Milan where he has been involved in Deal Origination and Execution of Healthcare transactions. Gian is currently based in London and co-responsible to originate deal flow coming from Europe and to mantain strategic partnership with other IBs and VC funds. Previously, Gian held positions in the IBD at Cross Border and at Private Equity-Lab in SDA Bocconi as M&A research analyst. Gian earned a master's degree in Finance from UoL with research work on life science cross-border transactions and exchanged at the XJTLU (Suzhou, China); He also has a bachelor's degree in Economics & Finance from Bocconi University. Gian was an Italian professional skier and member of Italian Junior Karate team. He won the National University Ski Championships (AL combined) in Bardonecchia, Italy (2015) and World Junior Karate Championships (Kumite) in Buenos Aires, Argentina (2010).

叶多先生拥有25年的制药行业经验，有大量生产供应链及业务发展经验。曾任GSK中国BD及AM的负责人，是GSK中国领导团队一员。曾任美国GE healthcare张江工厂工程及项目经理；是工厂管理小组成员。毕业于沈阳药科大学。

Gian Andrea Antonio先生2018年加入雅法，目前为雅法欧洲区域代表，常驻伦敦。Gian主要负责欧洲区域客户BD及合作伙伴关系维护。加入雅法资本前，曾任意大利投行CB Capital 商务拓展经理，参与数起欧洲项目的谈判与交易。Gian在英国利物浦大学取得硕士学位，曾在西安利物浦大学进行交换；在Bocconi University取得学士学位。

Gian曾为意大利职业滑雪运动员，热爱高山滑雪(Alpine Skiing)，获得全意前十国家冠军、意大利大学滑雪联赛冠军等众多荣誉。Gian也喜爱空手道运动，曾获得意大利国家冠军和世界青少年空手道冠军（阿根廷2010）。
