Pharmaceutical Investment Banking VP

[Job Responsibilities]

Lead the team to search for, explore, and acquire high-quality private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and other project and business opportunities.

Analyze market conditions and trends, conduct preliminary research on the project, analyze customer needs, and perform feasibility analysis.

Develop the financing project implementation plan, coordinate various resources, and be responsible for promoting the progress of the project. Follow up on the project's progress, control the overall process of the project, report to the client regularly, and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Establish and maintain good relationships with clients/potential clients, partners, and investment institutions/investors, provide necessary support, training, and guidance to other team businesses, and assist the team in jointly achieving business targets.

Job Qualifications

Cross-border Pharmaceutical Investment Banking BD

[Job Responsibilities]

Lead or participate in and have the ability to lead the entire process of cross-border licensing transactions for pharmaceutical companies. Specific tasks include but are not limited to preliminary product market research, transaction analysis reports, project roadshows, negotiation of transactions, and handling key business aspects of the transaction, etc.

Manage the entire project process from the start of the project, plan the project schedule, lead the team in executing every step of the process, control the project progress, and solve problems encountered in the project.

Maintain investor relations and partnerships; act as the project lead to maintain good communication with the project party and potential domestic partners.

Job Qualifications
