•Under the terms of the agreement, Sinotau will receive an upfront payment and is eligible to receive regulatory and sales milestone payments, as well as royalty payments based on the sales.

SHANGHAI, SUZHOU, BEIJING China, Recently (Sinotau announcement) -- Sinotau Pharmaceutical (“Sinotau”), a pharmaceutical company focused on deploying a variety of targeted therapy and accurate diagnosis radiopharmaceutical, entered into a license agreement with Duality Biologics (“Duality”) which grants Duality the right of selected monoclonal antibody for specific tumor target. Duality will further develop it into a Best-in-class ADC drug based on the Duality Immune Toxin Antibody Conjugate (DITAC) technology platform.

（中国上海，苏州，北京）2021年12月27日，先通医药（“先通”）与映恩生物（“映恩”）达成战略合作签约。根据双方协议，先通将自主研发的用于特定肿瘤靶点的优选单克隆抗体向映恩授予许可，映恩基于许可并结合其全球独立知识产权的DITAC（Duality Immune Toxin Antibody Conjugate）技术平台，将快速开发出具有同类最优潜力（Best-in-Class）的抗体偶联药物（ADC），进一步助推ADC药物的相关申报进程；先通将获得映恩支付的首付款、里程碑付款以及基于销售额的特许权使用费。

Under the terms of the agreement, Sinotau will receive an upfront payment and is eligible to receive regulatory and sales milestone payments, as well as royalty payments based on the sales.

The target ADC drug has successfully finished the Product of Conception (POC). Duality  will be responsible for the pre-clinical research, clinical development, registration, manufacturing and commercialization of the ADC molecule, while Sinotau will provide necessary support for the following research.

先通和映恩始终保持战略共赢的合作方式，本协议签订前，该ADC候选药物概念验证研究（POC）已经取得成功。协议签订后，双方将继续秉持快速研发优质ADC的共同目标，由映恩继续负责该ADC候选分子的临床前研究、临床开发、临床注册、生产和商业化；先通将继续密切关注该分子的相关后续研究活动并提供必要的支持和指导。

Founded in 2005, Sinotau has been focusing on the research and clinical academic promotion of radiopharmaceuticals. It is intensively engaged in cultivating the integrated product line of radioactive targeted diagnosis and treatment. The company has developed a number of targeted therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals.
